SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Shipping and Delivery Policy governs the delivery, collection, shipping, and transportation of products purchased from Amabutho Apparel (Pty) Ltd ("Amabutho Apparel", "we", "our", or "us").

By placing an order with Amabutho Apparel, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. SHIPPING AREAS

Amabutho Apparel delivers throughout South Africa.

International shipping may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges, customs requirements, and delivery restrictions.

3. PROCESSING OF ORDERS

3.1. Orders will only be processed once:

The quotation has been approved;
The required 60% deposit has been received and cleared; and
All measurements, branding, artwork, and specifications have been approved where applicable.

3.2. Production lead times vary depending on the nature and size of the order.

3.3. Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

4. DELIVERY METHODS

Orders may be:

Collected from Amabutho Apparel's premises;
Delivered by courier;
Delivered by company representative; or
Delivered through another approved delivery service provider.

The delivery method will be agreed upon with the client before dispatch.

5. SHIPPING FEES

5.1. Shipping charges are calculated separately unless specifically included in a quotation.

5.2. Delivery costs may vary depending on:

Delivery location;
Order size;
Weight and volume;
Urgency of delivery; and
Courier service selected.

5.3. Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated before dispatch.

6. DELIVERY TIMES

6.1. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

6.2. While every effort will be made to meet estimated delivery dates, Amabutho Apparel shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Courier companies;
Traffic disruptions;
Adverse weather conditions;
Public holidays;
Civil unrest;
Force majeure events; or
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. COLLECTION OF ORDERS

7.1. Clients choosing collection will be notified when their order is ready.

7.2. Orders may only be collected once full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.3. Proof of identity may be required upon collection.

8. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

8.1. Risk in the goods passes to the client upon collection or delivery.

8.2. Ownership of goods remains vested in Amabutho Apparel until full payment has been received.

9. INSPECTION OF GOODS

9.1. Clients must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

9.2. Any shortages, defects, damages, or incorrect items must be reported in writing within 3 (Three) business days of delivery or collection.

9.3. Failure to report issues within this period may be deemed acceptance of the goods.

10. FAILED DELIVERIES

10.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

10.2. Additional delivery charges may apply where:

Incorrect delivery information is supplied;
The recipient is unavailable;
Delivery is refused without valid reason; or
A second delivery attempt is required.

11. CORPORATE AND BULK ORDERS

11.1. Delivery dates for corporate uniform and bulk orders will be agreed upon based on production schedules.

11.2. Large orders may be delivered in phases where necessary.

11.3. Clients will be notified of any significant delays affecting delivery schedules.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Amabutho Apparel shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
